Warranty Information:  Please call to get authorization before returning any merchandise or parts.  All merchandise and parts must be returned within 30 days to qualify for warranty consideration.  Parts then need to be marked as to the type of defect.  All parts returned will receive a full evaluation.  Parts that are faulty as a result of workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  Labor and service charges are not covered in the warranty.  New parts will be billed and credit warranted parts will be applied only if parts are deemed faulty because of workmanship.  We will not pay for having parts repaired, as we need the defective part to return to our supplier.  Parts that have been modified or changed without AR, LLC’s approval will not qualify for warranty consideration.

Returns:  There will be a 15% charge on re-stocking all returns, except those due to our error.
